Terms

Terms are net 30 days upon approved credit unless other arrangements have been made in advance. Past due amounts are subject to a Finance Charge of 1.5% per month (18% APR) computed on the outstanding balance. A 20% restocking fee will be charged on cancelled orders once the order is prepared for shipment. Custom seed mixes cannot be cancelled after the seed is mixed and custom mixes are not returnable. Granite Seed may accept seed for refund (less the restocking fee) at its discretion.
