Granite Seed guarantees its seed to be of promised quality when shipped, and true to name as specified. Should seed prove to be other than as labeled, liability shall be limited to replacement or refund of purchase price. Fulfillment of all orders is contingent upon availability and/or conditions beyond our control. Seed may be reserved in advance to help guarantee availability.
